Vive Spanish Immersion Adventure – (Hermosillo)

(5/5) I spent a fantastic week in this immersion Spanish course with Norma. She was the consummate instructor — enthusiastic, incredibly skilled, dedicated to providing me, and my fellow classmate, a thoroughgoing linguistic, and cross cultural experience. What she provided for an average of about $30 a day was simply beyond belief. Several hours of formal instruction, field trips, evening meetings with her friends to further refine linguistic skills. I can recommend this course without hesitation. Also, in my estimation, Hermosillo is a hidden gem in northern Mexico. It’s only a 3 to 4 Hour drive from the border, and is jampacked with culture and nightlife. Go for it!

(5/5) During my lessons: I was able to improve my fluency by focusing on conversational vocabulary and frequently using new skills in conversations Norma. Learning Spanish didn’t always have to be in a classroom setting either, we explored local Hermosillo attractions which gave me a better appreciation for the language, culture and the cityThe best part was that Norma loves her job, helps involve you with the community, and personalizes experiences for you and your comfort level and goalsI hope you enjoy learning Spanish as much as I did!
