(5/5) Estudiaba en esta escuela desde marzo 2025 hasta septiembre 2025 con algunos descansos entre los 6 meses y fue la mejor decisión para mejorar mi español. La escuela es pequeña y por mucho de mi tiempo yo estaba en clases sola pero para mí esta es la mejor manera para aprender. Mi maestro (erick) no solo es mi maestro sino ahora mi amigo. El me enseño español en la manera en lo que él sabía que me ayudaría más, y yo estaba emocionada cada día para ir a mis clases y aprender más de este hermoso idioma. En mi tiempo allí en la escuela también aprendí mucho de la cultura de méxico y mis maestros estaban muy emocionados para compartir su cultura. La verdad es que me hicieron sentir en casa en su hermosa ciudad!!! Erick y Aris los amo y gracias por todo!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

(5/5) I had a wonderful three weeks in Oaxaca at this fantastic language school. The school and the teachers are amazing—passionate, patient, and highly skilled. The classes are well-structured, and the quality of the teaching staff is exceptional. They use a variety of interactive and innovative teaching methods that made learning fun and engaging. Located in the city center, the school offers a perfect blend of language learning and cultural exploration. One of the highlights is the range of afternoon activities, which provide valuable insights into the local culture and everyday vocabulary. The experience felt very personal, with plenty of opportunities for interaction and practice. This school offers a comprehensive and enriching experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone serious about learning Spanish. You’ll not only improve your language skills but also have a great time.

(5/5) J'ai eu le plaisir de suivre un cours d'espagnol pendant un mois à une école située au cœur de Oaxaca, et je ne peux que la recommander vivement. L'emplacement de l'école est idéal, à proximité d'un hôtel avec une grande pièce sans toit super illuminée, créant une ambiance unique et agréable pour les cours.Les activités organisées par l'école sont incroyablement intéressantes, offrant une immersion culturelle riche et diversifiée. Les professeurs sont non seulement extrêmement sympathiques et compétents, mais j'ai également eu la chance de développer une amitié sincère avec eux, ce qui a rendu l'apprentissage encore plus agréable.Les cours sont bien structurés, avec un accent particulier sur la conversation, ce qui m'a permis de pratiquer l'espagnol de manière intensive. Grâce à ce programme immersif, je peux maintenant dire avec fierté que je parle espagnol. Cette expérience a été non seulement éducative mais aussi incroyablement enrichissante sur le plan personnel. Je recommande cette école à toute personne désireuse d'apprendre l'espagnol dans un environnement chaleureux et professionnel.

(5/5) I spent two months at IH Oaxaca and had the best time ever! My level of Spanish improved dramatically in that time and I now feel confident conversing, writing and listening to Spanish in real world contexts. The teachers go above and beyond to ensure each student feels comfortable and is getting the most of of the experience. They have created a wonderful little community there and will showcase the best of Oaxaca and Mexican culture both inside and outside of the classroom. You will not regret studying here!!

(5/5) J'ai passé trois semaines fantastiques à Oaxaca dans cette école de langues en avril 2024. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un cours privé avec Eric. Ils utilisent une variété de méthodes pédagogiques interactives qui rendent l’apprentissage amusant et engageant. C'était comme être accueilli chez des amis!

(5/5) I studied at IS in Oaxaca and had a wonderful time. I took 2 weeks intensive class with Aris and it was so worth it. She is a passionate and committed teacher and it is evident that she loves to share her language and culture. Each day I had 5 hours of one on one class, and it flew by because Aris was so engaging. She is patient, able to adjust the class to cater for exactly what you need, and I learnt a lot from the class. Oaxaca turned out to be an ideal place to learn the language, as the locals are more likely to speak with you in Spanish than English. The rich culture, cuisine, and history makes the city a fascinating place to visit. The school organized an impromptu lunch at local festival where a small group of us sampled tamale and tejate with the teachers. It was a most memorable 2 weeks and I would highly recommend the IS Oaxaca for anyone who wants it all - excellent language class in a fascinating location with so much to explore.

(5/5) Loved my time at IH Oaxaca! It’s a small school, which means that the classes can be tailored to what the individual students need and like. I learned so much and also enjoyed the weekly activities that were offered. My teachers Aris and Erick were amazing, teaching in a very warm, supportive and fun way. Can’t recommend them both enough! And the city of Oaxaca is a real gem that’s definitely worth a visit!

(5/5) Staying at this school in Oaxaca was the best decision we made. Our teachers Aris & Eric were very friendly and helpful and we did not only improve our spanish, but at the same time learned plenty of things about the city and the culture thanks to the countless activities (provided by the school) we took part in during our stay. We highly recommend IH Oaxaca not only for the professional approach in teaching spanish, but also for forming a positive atmosphere and providing plenty of helpful tips during our stay. The lessons were individually put together for our level of spanish. Our interests in culture and history were also involved and cleverly combined with the theory-parts. The combination with our hostmother Isa was also organized by the school and was a very delightful combination and provided a pleasant experience overall. Thanks again to Aris, Eric and Isa (our hostmother) for the stay. We not only found teachers, but also new friends in Oaxaca! 🙂
