(5/5) Aprendí español en esta escuela en verano de 2004 por 2 meses, y ahora vivo en este país. Sinceramente fue la experiencia preciosa en esta escuela y esta ciudad.

(5/5) I studied here for 3 weeks in 2007 on my own and for 2 weeks in 2025 with my two children (8 and 10). The staff at the school are incredible, the classes are small (1-2 students), and when combined with living with an amazing Mexican host family it is absolutely the fastest way to learn to speak Spanish. They even developed a specialized program for my kids and brought in a children’s teacher. They organize field trips and teach a lot about the culture and history of Mexico. I felt safe throughout my stays and the prices are very reasonable.

(5/5) I studied at Cemanahuac for one week in December 2018. I stayed in a family home, which was a wonderful experience. The home, and my room were beautiful and my hostess was a wonderful cook. She included me in her outings and a family gathering. Being immersed in the language at “home” and in classes moved me forward with the language tremendously in a very short amount of time. I felt that I was accurately evaluated for class level. The instructors were awesome. The classes are small, fast paced and fun in a beautiful setting. One of my classes was outdoors on the terraza surrounded by trees. In addition, a mid-week outing to Tepotzlan was organized for us by the school. The instructions for traveling from the Mexico City airport to Cuernavaca were detailed and easy to follow. I am already planning a return for a week of study next year.

(5/5) I attentded this school the summer of 1989, I had my 20th birthday on the school patio. I became fluent in Spanish that summer. Before I arrived I knew a lot of vacabulary, at Cemanahuac I learned to put all my words together to have a real conversation. The staff was very friendly, the outings were enjoyable and the host family I lived with treated me like family. My summer at Cemanahuac will always be one of my most treasured memories! - Taña

(5/5) I studied here Summer of 2002. I stayed with a host family in Cuernavaca for one week and with a host family in a nearby town, not sure if it was San Miguel or something else. The school organized field trips to an orphanage, and Tepoztlan. It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience. If I could do it over again, I would.
