(5/5) We were in Mexico City for only a week and wanted to have an intense language experience. After some research and email inquiries we settled on Mexispanish with Alex. And we are glad we did. He came to our AIRBNB every morning for two hours and put our old brains to the test. My husband and I both have quite a bit of language learning background but Spanish is new to us. We really liked Alex’s teaching approach. He built a solid scaffolding in just 10 hours that provided enough knowledge to start forming sentences. He is also a really nice person with a good sense of humor so while the lessons were hard, they were also fun and enjoyable. Now we just need to keep going not to lose it all.

(5/5) I’ve been learning with Alex for about two months now, fitting lessons around my full-time job, and it’s been such a positive experience. He and his team at MexiSpanish really take the time to understand how you learn, and the teaching style isn’t rigid or textbook-heavy. Instead, the lessons are fun, creative, and genuinely feel tailored to my needs while still helping me progress through the standard levels.Their flexibility has been a huge plus; whether it’s finding times that work with my schedule or meeting in different places around the city, they make it incredibly easy to keep learning consistently.I also love that the school offers free extra activities for students. I haven’t made it to one yet, but it’s great to know there are relaxed, community-focused options for practicing Spanish outside of class.Overall, the atmosphere at MexiSpanish is incredibly friendly, relaxed, and supportive. Alex and his team create a space where you feel comfortable, motivated, and actually excited to learn. 100% recommend.

(5/5) We were vacationing in Condesa for 11 days and were so grateful to discover this school near Parque España that had a Spanish teacher for kids. Our 6 year old son met with Alexa for a number of two-hour lessons, and was always full of smiles at the end. Alexa is a talented and thoughtful teacher that can keep kids engaged in unique activities. Working with Alex, the other teacher, to schedule lessons and process payments was easy and pleasant too. (5/5) I cannot sing high enough praises for Alex and Tania’s lessons - they are top quality and easily rival, if not surpass, the formally certified lessons I had in London.Both are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and their lessons were a highlight of my three-month work secondment in Mexico City. They were always flexible with my schedule, especially when my job required changes to lesson times, and my Spanish improved immensely during my short stint here.I would recommend Alex and Tania to anyone in Mexico City, and I already have done so.

(5/5) I had a fabulous experience working with Tania. It was very fast to schedule the free trial class from the website, and easy to arrange payment. I met her several times a week for in person lessons near my apartment in Mexico City. She worked with me on questions I had or areas I wanted to practice, and brought materials to teach me specific grammar as needed. Her explanations were always clear and thorough, not only about language, but also culture and history. I genuinely enjoyed our time together and my skills improved. 10/10 recommend!
